We accept bank transfer (EFT), credit card, and major debit cards. Payment is due on completion of the job. For scoping visits, payment is required before the site visit. Where payment arrangements are agreed in writing before work commences, extended terms may apply.
Yes. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice incur no charge. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours may incur the Provider's reasonable and demonstrable costs already incurred, such as scheduling, travel, and any pre-procured materials. Cancellations must be made in writing by email.
